Dimensions are approximately 3" tall by 4" wide and weighs 1-2 oz. Made from 10-11 segments of Peruvian walnut and cherry. If you do not require any hardware, please indicate this in the "note to seller" section during checkout. Grain and color will vary some. This is a one sided item.

Intarsia is a mosaic art form that uses small segments of wood to make an image. We use varying depths and carving techniques to create a 3-D illusion. Each segment is carefully hand-cut on a scroll saw then individually shaped. After a quality check, the segments are glued together then attached to a backing board for added strength. No stains or dyes are used in the creation process unless otherwise noted. The work is finished with several coats of clear lacquer.
